Join us in the vibrant celebrations for the 18th Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival at ‘The Big Picnic’ and ‘Blossoms After Dark’ at David Lam Park as well as a series of exciting ‘Pop-Up’ events in collaboration with various BIAs across the Greater Vancouver area! Together, let’s unite our diverse community in a cultural extravaganza like no other! Last spring, we had the pleasure of hosting over 10,000 festival fans, so get ready to make new connections for your organization, business, and/or personal growth.

We are currently seeking community partners and organizations for The Big Picnic and Pop-Up Events. To apply, please visit our VCBF 2024: Community Partner Application Form.

Additionally, we are in search of selling/non-selling vendors, food vendors, and talented performers for The Big Picnic, Blossoms After Dark, and several smaller Pop-Up Events. Interested applicants can submit their applications through VCBF 2024: General Expression of Interest Form.

VCBF reviews all submitted applications and reserves the right to not accept any application. Please notify us immediately if any contact information changes. We will notify you the next steps if you have been selected to move ahead with our Festival by the end of February.
