Keerit Jutla is a lawyer, strategist, and advocate dedicated to ethical leadership, reconciliation, and community well-being. A former President & CEO of the Association for Mineral Exploration, Keerit brings 15+ years of experience navigating law, policy, and Indigenous relations to build partnerships rooted in consent and integrity. He serves on the board of CIM Vancouver and is President of Sikhs in Natural Resources Canada. Beyond his professional work, Keerit is a passionate mental health advocate through his involvement with Hope and Health Soccer Camps and his support for the Courtemanche family. His love for cherry blossoms runs deeper than their beauty—it reflects a reverence for impermanence, renewal, and the delicate balance of attachment and letting go. Cherry blossoms, for Keerit, are a mirror of life’s fragility and strength—a symbol of rebirth through hardship. As a board member of the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival, he is honoured to help foster joy, reflection, and community through this shared tradition.
