How to get there: Off Cambie at 33rd there’s a parking lot or park on the street then walk up hill as if going to Bloedel Conservatory and we’ll be on your left at the crest of the hill.
Sakura Days Japan Fair took place at VanDusen Botanical Garden on April 6-7 2013. It’s a fun festival that celebrates Japanese culture and cherry blossoms. The weeping cherry tree were so beautiful and there were so many activities. Two days were definitely not enough.

Location: behind the Madison Centre (Save-On-Foods) on Rosser Avenue, intersection of Buchanan street, in Burnaby. Two double rows of Akebono cherry trees are in bloom, a short five minute walk from Brentwood skytrain station. Visit before noon to get the best light. The video was filmed at 11.45am.
