VENDOR TERMS
By applying to participate at the 2026 Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival, you agree that you have read and agree to the below terms and conditions.
INSURANCE
The Exhibitor must obtain and provide to VCBF a copy of a Certificate of Insurance (COI) stating a minimum $2 Million General Liability coverage against third party claims for bodily injury, death, and property damage. The COI must include an additional insured endorsement naming the City of Vancouver, Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation and Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival, their respective employees, officers, agents and volunteers as âAdditional Insuredâ with respect to liability arising out of the activities conducted by or on behalf of the named insured. For more information, please visit City of Vancouver insurance requirement.
Insurance Suggestion
Please only purchase insurance if you have already been approved to host a booth, and have been invoiced.
VCBF does not endorse nor require you to obtain insurance from the following source, but many of our vendors have found Duuo reasonably priced.
If you choose to book insurance through the link above, please select the number of days you will have a booth at the event.
For example, if you are going to be on site for The Big Picnic and Blossoms After Dark on the same day, you would only need to select one day.
If you are hosting a booth for multiple days, then select the number of days you will be there (even if you will not be at The Big Picnic, but will be at Blossoms After Dark)
The link provides options for the square footage of your booth. If you are hosting a 10×10 space, this would be 100 square feet, so select that option when prompted.
