Bamboo-In Shakuhachi Kai, is a community based group of shakuhachi players living in the Vancouver and Sunshine Coast who share their love of the bamboo flute with the public. Bamboo-In Shakuhachi Kai will be performing classical and modern duets for the shakuhachi flute. 


KRunited is a professional ambient music duo formed in 2018 by Alcvin Ryuzen Ramos and Kiyoshi Iio, who used an array of traditional and modern as well as electronic instruments to create soundscapes that evoke, a sense of peace, romance, mystery, joy, and a connection with nature. KRU will be presenting their brand of ambient soundscapes for people to relax and meditate to. 


Wood Craft by Kenyu-kai on the Plaza

Kenyukai consists of individuals and corporate members who work in the architectural and construction Industry and also in affiliated fields in the Greater Vancouver area. The group will work with children to make a windmill. Also they will also exhibit and sell off their members’ craft items at the spot.
